It may happen that the sale of some particular products is faster than the others and may soon get out of stock. Our restocking time generally alters from 3 days to 1 month depending upon the product category. If you still want to know about the restocking time,

why will we ask for further information?

Our operations run on an automated system, if the item is missing in a particular order then our system will show that the extra material is in stock which means that some orders are shipped with missing items, and this way we will be sure.

Once confirmed that the item is missing from the parcel, We will ask the customer to send the wrong item back to us,

 

What customer needs to do?

As soon the wrongly delivered product is shipped back to us, the customer is required to send the snapshot of the packed parcel and the tracking details of the same.

Once these are submitted, our executive will send the right product to you.

Who pays for the return shipping charges: We will reimburse up to Rs.70 as return shipping charges borne by you at the time of sending back the parcel. For this, we will ask you for your bank details and transfer this amount to your bank account.

Once the parcel is ready, packed, and shipped, the customer receives an email or/and SMS about the tracking details.  You can also track your order using track order option on our home page.

At Robokidz we follow the highest standards for packaging. We make sure that our product remains intact even with some of the worst handling.

As per our experience, even the box may appear to be damaged badly from the outside, the product inside it works for most cases. Having said so, if at all, a customer receives a damaged product(which is found after the customer uses the product), it’s better to get in touch with us, we are there to take care.

If you receive the package in badly damaged condition, Make sure to contact us immediately in 2 days from the Delivery date, else return will not be possible.

Who pays for the return shipping?

You can pay through multiple payment options on our store’s checkout page. You can pay through Credit/Debit Card, Internet Banking, Mobile Payments, and Wallets.

Cash on Delivery is not offered by us as of now.

It is best to prepay for your order and buy confidently.

It may sometimes happen that the item may not work or is difficult to put into action, so in this case, browse the internet and make sure that you are not missing any instruction on the ‘How to use’ part.

Once you send the product back to us, kindly share the tracking details with us.

After inspection of the product at our end, we will provide you with your preferred resolution which can be one of the following.

 

  1. If we found it faulty, then we can send you a replacement (with this, we will also refund the return shipping charges up to Rs. 70) or can refund up to Rs70 as return shipping amount along with the order amount.
  2. If the product is working, we can reship it back to you, in which the return shipping charges won’t be paid back to you.

3.If the product is in working condition and the customer denies taking the product back and wants a refund then 20 % of the product amount will be deducted from the Bank Account refund. In this case, shipping charges and COD charges are not refundable.

To build the confidence of the customer and to provide more insight into the technical issue, we always shoot a small video of the test that we do to check the received product. If needed customers are encouraged to go through the video to get more clarity.

Once we receive the email,

We will check

-if the order is yet to be shipped or not. if it is not shipped, then we will cancel the order and process your refund. Or

-If the parcel is already out of the warehouse and is in transit, you can reject the parcel so that it will come back to us.

Please note that, once you accept the parcel, a return process would be followed.

We send a GST invoice to every customer once the order is placed. If the customer has a valid GST (in case the customer belongs to an organization having GST number) details, he/she can mention it while placing an order from our store. Still, if you want any alterations to be done in the GST invoice received from Robokidz, then

Once we receive your email, we will provide you the invoice.

 

Please note, We will not be able to provide you the GST invoice in case we receive the request for an invoice in the month other than the one in which the order has been made.

e.g. If the order is placed on 15th Feb-2018 and the customer raises a request for an invoice on 5th march-2018, then we wont be able to help the customer as the tax filing for Feb months would have been finished at the end of Feb itself.

 

It is recommended that the customer raises an invoice request soon after placing an order.

Refund timelines differ depending on the reason for a refund:

Unconfirmed order: In such cases, the money is neither with us nor with the bank but if we receive your money without an order, we will refund it within 4-5 working days. Rest assured, the money will come back to your bank account after 5 working days once the payment reconciliation happens at the bank’s end.

Order not shipped/canceled: In case such cases the refund will be sent to your original mode of payment within 3-5 working days.

Sometimes our team may need additional time to process your refund depending on the complexity of the case. Do get in touch with us if you do not receive your refund even after the timelines above.

Note: Refunds are not credited to your account on bank holidays and weekends.
